why is my freezer freezing but my refrigerator isn't cooling?
i have a standard refrigerator. the top part is over freezing but the bottom part isn't cooling at all.
top part is over freezing may be due to defrost cycle is getting aborted. check the cause. overfreezing of the top part causes an ice barrier making imposible for air to blow to the lower part. either defrost timer, defrost thermostat, defrost heater, fan, is out of order.
