BULLHEAD CITY — Bullhead City Police released a mug shot and description of a man that was the subject of a manhunt Wednesday afternoon. Juan Ruiz Gastelum, 24, is wanted on a felony warrant issued out of Nevada.
Mug Shots â Know More About Prison Head Shots
